説明書

1. Use 2-3 grams of tea per 250 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 80-85 degrees Celsius.
3. Soak the tea for 2-3 minutes. When the time is up, the tea leaves can be removed. We do not recommend soaking them while drinking.
4. Ready to serve with delicious snacks

茶葉の産地

Fang（ファン）

2012年に私たちが初めて活動を開始した地域で、「Forest Friendly（森林にやさしい）」茶葉の主な生産地となっています。地元ラフ族のコミュニティと協力し、森林地帯の保護と、摘み取った茶葉および生産されたお茶の双方から、人々がより多くの収入を得られるよう努めてきました。この地域でのストーリーは、Monsoon Tea創設者ケネスが、いまや親友となったジョンと出会ったことから始まります。ジョンの家族は豊かな歴史を持ち、ドイ·プ·ムエンと呼ばれる山と深いつながりを持っています。当初は山で茶葉を摘み、ジョンが製茶工場を構える最寄りの都市まで輸送し、主に黒茶の製造に注力していましたが、2024年に機械を山頂に移し、現在ではすべての茶葉を可能な限り産地に近い場所で生産しています。
