Tea with chili and ginger? It shouldn't work but it does.
Inspired by the famous Tom Yum we combine our Forest Friendly black tea blend with lemongrass, chili, kaffir lime, galangal and ginger. A unique taste of Thailand perfect to enjoy either hot or iced.
This tea was previously called Siam Blend but it now has a new name and design :)

Brewing guide
Instruction
1. Use 2-3 grams of tea per 250 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 90-95 degrees Celsius.
3. Soak the tea for 3-5 minutes. When the time is up, the tea leaves can be removed. We do not recommend soaking them while drinking.
4. Ready to serve with delicious snacks
1. Use 4 grams of tea per 200 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 90-95 degrees Celsius
3. Soak the tea for 3-5 minutes.
4. Add ice as you like.
5. Ready to serve with delicious snacks
Shop recommendations for iced tea:
We will take the tea that has been soaked in hot water. Shake with ice and add a little syrup, shake for about 30 seconds, then pour only the water and serve.
