  • What are the types of payment accepted at Monsoon Tea web shop?

    Monsoon Tea web shop accept the following payment methods:
    Credit/Debit Cards
    Visa / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay / American Express (AMEX)

    Alipay / WeChat Pay / TrueMoney Wallet / ShopeePay / LINE Pay / QR Payments (PromptPay)

Online Order

  • How can I track my order?

    You can find the tracking number in the email that we send you after you have submitted a proof of payment. We will also provide you with a link to our delivery service’s site. You can also track your order here by entering your order number and email.

  • I’ve received a broken or damaged item/wrong item/something’s missing from my order, what do I do?

    If a an order is not up to expectations we want to help you with your concerns as soon as possible. If there are any problems with your order, please email us at [email protected] or fill out our contact form here. Our customer service staff will then assist you from there.

  • Has my order gone through successfully?

    After completed payment you will get a confirmation via email that we have received your order. Meanwhile in Chiang Mai, we pack your tea ASAP and prepare for the delivery to you!

  • Can I change my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

    Yes, you can swap teas or products you ordered with other teas and products. Any value greater than your original order can be paid separately. If the value is less than your original order, you will receive a Monsoon Tea cash voucher for the same value of your order.

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

    You can cancel your order but if the products have already been shipped we can only refund the cost of products and not the shipping cost and we would need a return of the products. We also offer a Monsoon Tea cash voucher for the same value of your order that can be used online.

Delivery

  • What delivery service does Monsoon Tea use?

    For customers in Thailand, we deliver via Thai Post EMS.

    For international customers we deliver via Thai Post EMS or DHL.

  • How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

    For domestic customers in Thailand we prepare the shipment of your order within 2-3 business days. For international orders this process takes longer time due to the requirement of export customs documents and we typically expect to ship out orders within 7 business days.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Domestic Delivery Service

    International Delivery Service

    – South East Asia : 5 – 10 Business days
    – East Asia : 1 – 2 Weeks
    – Middle East : 2 – 3 Weeks

    – All regions : Approximately 5 to 12 business days

  • I haven’t received my order yet, what can I do?

    We try our very best to deliver your order in the indicated timeframe. However, in the case that the delivery is taking a bit too long, you can directly contact our customer service staff at [email protected]. They will assist you as soon as possible.

  • Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

    You may be subject to duties or taxes on your order. Please check with your local customs office regarding estimated duties or taxes before placing your order with us.

  • Can I pick up my order from a store?

    We want to make your shopping experience at Monsoon Tea as convenient as possible. Yes, we do offer the “Click and Collect” service, so that you can browse through our online shop at home and pick up your order at one of our shops in your neighbourhood. Please email us at [email protected] or message us via our social media channels and let us know which Monsoon Tea shop you are choosing as your pick-up point.
