Thai Breakfast black tea offers a multifaceted flavour profile, where warm woody and delicate floral notes blend seamlessly with subtle hints of hay. The taste reveals gentle vegetal undertones intertwined with warming spices and a toasty roasted character. A slight astringency and balanced bitterness add complexity, creating a vibrant and invigorating cup that awakens the senses with every sip.

Brewing guide
Instruction
1. Use 3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 95 degrees Celsius.
3. Soak the tea for 2-3 minutes. When the time is up, the tea leaves can be removed. We do not recommend soaking them while drinking.
4. Ready to serve with delicious snacks

Here we work closely together with a talented team of women led by tea master Dhara. Our relationship started in 2014 as our founder Kenneth traveled to the area meeting producers and exploring the teas of the region. In Dhara we found a partner who both could make fantastic tea and had ownership of a large plot of land in the forest, where tea was growing freely in harmony with nature. Dhara herself made tea in the beginning from a smaller conventional garden close to her home, but through joint efforts we are now making sure that the community can earn more money by working with Forest Friendly Tea instead.

Included in this category are our few completely wild teas that grow in the jungle without any human intervention on the surrounding nature as well as the teas grown in the most biodiverse areas. Our mission in areas with score A is to simply maintain the natural state of things, making sure that people are rewarded to conserve these unique habitats.
