Sheep Blend Tea is a delicate and graceful infusion that brings together the soft purity of white tea with the floral elegance of rose and jasmine. The gentle, sun-dried white tea offers a smooth and subtly sweet foundation, while the scent of jasmine adds a serene lift. Rose petals weave through the blend with a touch of natural sweetness and romantic fragrance. Light, calming, and beautifully balanced, this tea evokes a sense of quiet comfort and tender harmony—perfect for moments of stillness and self-care.

Brewing guide

Instruction

1. Use 2-3 grams of tea per 250 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 80-85 degrees Celsius.
3. Soak the tea for 2-3 minutes. When the time is up, the tea leaves can be removed. We do not recommend soaking them while drinking.
4. Ready to serve with delicious snacks

1. Use 3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 80-85 degrees Celsius
3. Soak the tea for 3 minutes.
4. Add ice as you like.
5. Ready to serve with delicious snacks

We will take the tea that has been soaked in hot water. Shake with ice and add a little syrup, shake for about 30 seconds, then pour only the water and serve.

Mae Suai

In the highlands of Chiang Rai Mae Suai, we work with an Akha community that lives amid centuries-old Assam tea forests. Here the tea grows in harmony with coffee, another important crop for the community. Specialized on white tea, the community produces a unique and distinct variety of tea that is suitable both for pure and flavoured blends.
