Jungle Black Tea is a rare and distinguished brew, harvested from thousand-year-old tea trees growing wild in the lush jungles of Chiang Mai. This naturally grown tea offers a deep, layered flavour profile — with rich, woody notes of oak forming its foundation. A gentle sweetness reminiscent of ripe plum emerges mid-palate, balanced by a subtle tartness of wild blueberry. Brewing guide
Instruction
1. Use 2-3 grams of tea per 250 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 90-95 degrees Celsius.
3. Soak the tea for 3-5 minutes. When the time is up, the tea leaves can be removed. We do not recommend soaking them while drinking.
4. Ready to serve with delicious snacks
