A blend in honour of the Ping River flowing in front of our office and tea house in Chiang Mai.
Ping River Blend brings together our lightly mature fruity oolong tea with sweet longan, lemongrass, pandan and finished with lotus. Our unique oolong tea is hand-picked, semi-oxidized, free-grown tea from the forested mountains of Northern Thailand. / Light lemon

Flavour Profile
Ping River Blend is a tranquil and aromatic infusion that captures the spirit of Northern Thailand’s riverside landscapes. The lightly mature oolong tea provides a smooth, fruity base with soft depth, while sweet longan lends a golden, honeyed note. Herbal lemongrass and aromatic pandan introduce a fresh, tropical lift, complemented by the delicate floral nuance of lotus blossom. This blend is gentle yet full of character—floral, fruity, and warmly herbal—offering a serene, reflective tea experience in every golden cup.

Brewing guide
Instruction
1. Use 2-3 grams of tea per 250 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 85-95 degrees Celsius.
3. Soak the tea for 1-2 minutes. When the time is up, the tea leaves can be removed. We do not recommend soaking them while drinking.
4. Ready to serve with delicious snacks

2. Hot water temperature 85-95 degrees Celsius
3. Soak the tea for 2 minutes.
4. Add ice as you like.
5. Ready to serve with delicious snacks
Shop recommendations for iced tea:
We will take the tea that has been soaked in hot water. Shake with ice and add a little syrup, shake for about 30 seconds, then pour only the water and serve.
