Brew a cup, sit back and relax! Lanna Herbal is our caffeine-free infusion that combines pandan with ginger and citrussy notes of lemongrass.
Since 2013 we have worked tirelessly to protect nature in Northern Thailand through fantastic tea from our base in Chiang Mai. While our caffeine-free infusions are not grown in the forest they are made from locally sourced Thai ingredients often used in herbal medicine.

Brewing guide
Instruction
1. Use 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 90-95 degrees Celsius.
3. Soak the tea for 2-3 minutes. When the time is up, the tea leaves can be removed. We do not recommend soaking them while drinking.
4. Ready to serve with delicious snacks
1. Use 4 grams of tea per 200 ml of water.
2. Hot water temperature 95 degrees Celsius
3. Soak the tea for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add ice as you like.
5. Ready to serve with delicious snacks
Shop recommendations for iced tea:
We will take the tea that has been soaked in hot water. Shake with ice and add a little syrup, shake for about 30 seconds, then pour only the water and serve.
