This weekend we hosted a hmiang workshop experience with our friends at Yim Curated. Our founder Kenneth gave a presentation on the history of hmiang, the fermented tea for eating that has a more ancient history than the brewed tea known across the world today. This was followed up with a tasting of different bites of hmiang to eat, combining sweet, savoury and fermented ingredients.
