Monsoon’s Tea Blending Workshop, hosted by the tea experts from the Monsoon Tea team!
Join us for an afternoon of learning and creating your very own unique tea blend using Forest Friendly grown tea leaves. Monsoon Tea is grown in harmony with the forests of Northern Thailand.
You’ll learn about the art of tea blending, production methods and unique flavors and aromas of the tea. You’ll have the opportunity to discover the flavor profiles of various teas, experiment with blending techniques, and create your own signature blend to take home and enjoy.

Workshop Agenda
- Introduction to Tea Blending introduction to the history and significance of tea blending. Participants learn about the origins of tea, different types of tea (black, green, white, oolong)
- Types of Ingredients – introduced to a wide range of tea leaves, herbs, spices, dried fruits, flowers, and other botanicals that can be used in tea blends.
- Flavor Profiles and Pairing – how different ingredients interact to create balanced and harmonious tea blends
- Hands-on Blending – participants get to create their own tea blends
- Guidance from Experts – offering tips on ingredient combinations, proportions, and techniques.
- Tasting and Evaluation – After blending their teas, participants brew and taste their creations.
